Hi,
I buy a Toshiba laptop today. OS is WinXP, French version. After I
connected to Internet, I found IE needs updated. Total file size is
about 24MB. When it downloads about 11 MB, the dial connection
disconnected. But the OS continued install the downloaded files
successfully. After it rebooted up, it says: THERE IS A PROBLEM IN
EXPLORE.EXE. YOU SHOULD CLOSE EXPLORE. .... In the bottom of the
dialog box, it asks if sending the error message to microsoft or not
(I translate it from French). Then I connect to microsoft website, it
automatically detected I need to downloaded the rest 13MB (4 parts
totally). I wish that after I install all the components the above
error message will disappear. But unfortunately the same error message
is still there. How can I to solve this problem?

BTW, before I update windows, I had tried to log on a Chinese website.
On my old Windows ME PC, it automatically downloaded the Chinese fonts
in the first time. On my new XP laptop, it directed me to update
INTERNET EXPLORE first. Then the above problem appears.

Can you help me?

Thanks in advance.
