I've set up my windows xp operating system on a partitioned drive C (about
20 gigs) and the balance of my drive (100 gigs) is now called drive F. How
can I make drive F my default drive so programs load there by default? I
would also like to make My Documents a F drive file intead of the C that it
wants to go to. I have made a My Doc file in F but several programs store
things in My Doc on my C drive. I'm trying to keep my C as uncluttered as
possible

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Hi,

Open Windows Explorer, right-click the My Documents folder and select
properties. On the target tab click the "move button to change its location.
For programs, simply use custom install to direct them to F.
