D: drive shows not installed

Can someone please help me out here?? My D: drive shows that it's not
installed, but 2 days ago, I was able to use the D: drive.

Pretend we can't see your computer from here and tell us what your d: drive
is, where it "shows that it's not installed" and what exactly was displayed
there.
