My Mates PC was bought brand new and he has set up 4 user accounts. However he wants to keep each My Documents folder private and he is being denied of this facility because his version of XP Home was installed using the FAT 32 system.
I remember in Windows 98 there was an option to convert FAT 16 file systems 2 FAT 32. Does Windows XP offer a similar facitlity to convert FAT 32 to NTFS without reinstalling windows? Also what drawbacks does NTFS have over FAT32?
