what's the difference between the Samsung NF900 and 955DF?

I have the 955DF and love it to death -- I can't really imagine how they can improve much visibly, but i'm open to suggestions:)

The tube is different - DF uses the Dynaflat tube, and NF uses the Natural Flat tube. As for visual difference, I can't say too much... so hope that somebody will educate more to both you and me. :)

I am currently typing this looking at my Philips 109P Real Flat 19inch monitor......and I am here to tell you it is the best value for money monitor on the market. The resolution, refresh rate, clarity, colour and usability are all tops. It uses a Mitsubishi Diamontron tube and is much better value for money than the overpriced Sonys....I tested both and the Philips was better. Never been happier with a consumer product yet...and I know my stuff.

That´s the only point in which the Philips is better than
SONY ! The Price!
In all the other points , The Sony Beats the Philips to the ground!

Go to UBID.com and get a refub Sony G400. It has a 90 day warranty and you can buy extended. Last time I checked they were going for about 375

He he I just got my monitor today and I would have to say that I am not going back to a 17" monitor. I would recomment the LG STudioworks 995e. It is not flat, it's got a slight bow in the screen but it is a lot better than my old monitor which was deffently getting darker. So far I have not found any dead pixles, there was a slight blurry ness around the corners but after I left the monitor for about 4 hours with the screen saver on it went a way.

Hehehe I am a happy camper now.

Yeah once you see the differnce having a 19inch monitor makes it is kinda like going back to 56k from having cable. My Viewsonic PF790 is kickin. Now I am thinking of getting a 22 inch. Am I crazy or what? This stuff is like taking hits off the crack pipe every night.

The new Compaq MV940 19" monitor puts all the rest to shame. It has such a pleasent to stare at screen. The monitor itself is beautiful, and has the depth of a 17" monitor! It costs $500 USA just about everywhere.

I just got an Hitachi CM771 a few days ago. I like it a lot. HAs a nice bright picture as well as great color. The price wasn't bad either. I got it for $400 at buy.com. here is a link to the ZDnet review:
