ok, guys, i need you help very bad. here is the situation.
system:
cpu amd 939 3800x2 no oc 100load temp 53 c
memory: ocz 1gig (running memtest86+ for 10 hours without error)
harddrive: maxtor 160gb ata133
nec dvd burner
mobo: msi k8n neo4 platinum.
GPU:evga 7800gt 100load temp 62 c
soudncard: soundblaster audigy zs 2
os: windows pro

ok, whenever i am palying 3d games in windows mode( only windows mode, full screen mode is fine) such as wow, HL2,and so on, my system will freeze up for around 30 second during the game about every 10 minutes of playing.
At first, i thought it has to do with cpu gpu, psu or ram, but after i put all these things into my second computer, they all works fine. then, i reinstall the windows, but the problem still exist. this problem has been bother me for 3 month, i have no idea how to fix it. the soundcard works fine all the time, harddrive also performs pretty good. i couldn't think anything else could cause this problem... :heink: can some one give me some idea? thanx.

Do you need to play in window mode. Check the CPU/GPU temps when it happens next time. Maybe something is overheating.

gpu temp is about 66c, not very high right?
the cpu temp is about 52c, i don't think it is too high.

I really don't have an answer for you but it sounds like it is something with your board, you tested everything else. Did you run memtest 86? I know you put everything in another machine but the reason I say memtest is because I don't want to jump in and say that for sure it is your board. However, thats what it probably is, did you get the newest bios?
