Right im thinking of getting a brand new pc as the other one is getting on

Specs:
Barebone Shuttle XPC SN95G5 V3
Amd Athlon X2 4600+ socket 939
1GB Crucial DDR-400 RAM
Western Digital 300GB HDD
Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-111D
Nvidia Geforce 6200
Windows XP SP2

How much you think it could fetch (in pounds £)

Well, I don't know about pounds, but I would think maybe $300 US. You may be able to get more if you part it out on Ebay... The higher clock 939s are becoming scarse.

well i would sell the parts separate but the only thing that would get good money would be the cpu

Even still, selling it as a complete system will probably get you more on somewhere like ebay or craigslist.

well the killer is that you can go on dell's website and get a new computer (with decent components) and a new 20" monitor for 400 dollars nowadays so I wouldnt get your hopes too high.

I recently sold my system on ebay:
e6320
asus maximus formula x38 mobo
2 gb corsair ram (with ocz ram cooler)
WD 160gb harddrive
ati HD 3870 (before all the pricecuts)
DVD burner
a full dangerden watercooling loop (pump, block, connections..the works all in like new condition)
included a copy of win vista ultimate (upgrade dvd)
&games (crysis, C&C tiberium, Half life 2, Fear & Fear extraction point)

...all for a whoping 600 dollars.

you should deff. take the time to part it out as I sold all mine together and got raped. (on ebay)

Well, you should say "not on this forum".

It all depends on where you try to sell it. You may be able to get away with that, selling it on Ebay or some other local classified section. Basically, if you find someone uneducated in PCs, you could sell it for what you want.
