Stoney Field. Look for the standing stones. The WP is there (or can be
created there) if you have done the right quests (Tree of Infussis in Dark
Wood)

Actually it's a red portal, not a WP

are you talking CE mod? if so it's hidden in the corner just near where the
original entry portal spawned
