whislt playing dark messiah?

So ive recently bought a new rig so i can play dark messiah but the problem is after say every 1 hour or 20 minutes it will other close down the window so is this common or not? i heard that my RAM on reviews from newegg say i need to set it to 1.9v but i don't know how? Also do people when playing this game when a "loading" screen comes does it take like 20-30seconds to load?
