I have an asrock dual sata II board with san diego 3700 amd cpu for $70 plus shipping. No heatsink is included. This motherboard works with either agp or pci-e video cards, and comes with a backplate. I used it for about 6 months. No other accessories are included. The cpu is brand new from newegg.
