Help with company of heroes

Whenever I try to install Company of heroes on my computer I get and error saying the installer is not a win32 application and if I manage to get it started there is a file it can't find on the disk but it is there and I can't just exchange it because it came free with my graphics card on tiger direct.

Also I have another copy of the game because I wanted to do lan with my brother it installed fine on vista but when I went online my internet performance was rated low and I could not join games it said could not connect to all players well after I turned off my firewall my performance was up but it still would not allow me to join games

any help with either of these problems would be appreciated

Nah just try reinstalling Windows over the top....will just overwrite your windows entries so may fix any corrupt files you may have
