I'm new here, looking for advice, answers, and reassurance. Planning an upgrade, here's what I'm kicking around:

Antec 835 II 350W
Gigabyte 7vrxp
AMD 2000 XP
2 x 2100 ram - Crucial ram

moving in from old sys:
2 IBM 7200 scsi drives
1 IBM 5400 scsi drive
1 Plextor scsi cd/rw
1 Plextor cdrom drive
1 NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400 AGP
1 Turtle Beach Santa Cruz audio card
1 Adaptec f/w scsi card
1 Adaptec basic scsi card
(may not need my Netgear FA311 10/100 card).

Anyone see anything wrong (compatablity wise)? Comments/suggestions welcome!! Thanks!!

For that hardware I would suggest you a PSU with at least 400 W

OK, thanks, I'll rethink the case/power supply.
Does Gigabyte make an equivolent board without raid support?
Rather not pay for a feature I don't intend to use...
