Which EPOX Motherboard Should I Buy?

I currently have the EPOX 8K7A+ Motherboard with an AMD ATHLON 1.4 GHZ CPU running Windows XP.

I want to upgrade to a new 2.6 GHZ or faster AMD Athlon CPU Chip.

I want one of the new EPOX Motherboards that support the KT400 Chipset, AGP 8X (For Future Graphics Cards), USB 2.0, and Firewire.

I do not really need the built in Video since I have an ATI Radeon 8500 128 Megabyte Graphics Card.

Which of the new EPOX Motherboards should I buy?
