Problem w/ HP Deskjet 6127 (same as 6122) ...

For some reason, my printer will not print out one color. It appears to be
red, based on the outputs from the calibration and cleaning utilities.

Note: I have changed the cartridges twice (just to be sure). No
improvement. But what I DID notice is that when it started it was missing
the color BLUE, then I changed the cartridge (still blue), changed it again,
now red is missing! ????

I did the swabbing out procedure recommended in the manual. No change.
Does this sound like a cheap (I use recycled carts) cartridge problem or
something else?
