UT 2003 Demo Crashing

I have dl'ed UT 2003 Demo and installed it, but when it starts, it crashes immediately, giving me this error.

I am running a P4 1.6A - overclocked to a 2.1 on a Abit ABIT IT7 I845E with 1 gig of Samsung PC2700 ram.

Anyone have a clue to why this may be happening?

I read on an UT2003 board a few weeks ago that those kind of problems were most often related to GF4 cards and KT333/400 chipsets... tweek your drivers and check your DirectX version.

that's all I can offer as a suggestion until you come back with a full System description and driver versions

Oh, and of course, UT2003 being verry tough on hardware, I must recommend using the "normal" clockspeed just for fun.
