Hello folks.

Do you know if there is a good PC-building magazine or other magazine which contains articles written by people who build computers for a living (and who deal with lots of different chiset/motherboard/CPU/RAM/etc. combinations)?

Ideally, the articles would discuss which chipset/motherboard/CPU/RAM/etc. combinations work the best (and why they work the best - reliability, stability, compatibility, performance ratings, etc.) for different types of computer systems -- office computers, DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) computers, and desktop Digital Video Editing system computers.

Thanks much!

The old standby Computer shopper is helpful. I learned alot from them allthough they seem to be more intel friendly than I like.

Maximum PC Magazine. Excellent reviews and "How to..." articles. Small mag but concise with a sense of humor.
