My documents, pictures and saved web pages change from their normal file size
to an unusable 0KB when I open Windows Explorer. Norton finds no virus.
Any ideas would be great. Thanks.

Hi:

If your anti-virus is updated and finds nothing maybe it's
a trojan, not a virus as anti-virus software do not get all
trojans... install the following programs, hope that will
solve your problem.

Spybot Search and Destroy (Free)

Lavasoft AdAware (Free)

Hijack This (Free)

SpywareBlaster (Free)

"The Cleaner" anti-trojan ($49.95 with 30 day trial period)
