converting back up files

i have some back up files .qic, that I need to open on Windows XP .bkf. Is
there any way of doing this?

qic are windows '98 backup files. Obtain the W9x MSBACKUP program and run it
in compatibility mode on the WinXP computer. If you do not have the program
you can download a copy from Microsoft...

I've heard (haven't had the occasion to use it with a .qic personally)
Stomp's "BackUp MyPC" handles *.qic files. A thirty day trial is available.
