I received my cop of vista business, but Im gonna leave on the windows 7 rc, because I may be getting student version of windows 7 pro retail for 29.99, at which point i will do a clean install, or i will use the vista when i get the windows 7 upgrade, and do a clean install. Wither way Im gonna have 2 copies and windows 7. I am loving it, actually found the drivers for my ancient laserjet 1100(dont laugh, it a workhorse, and cost me 10 bucks), so it runs(didnt even know win 7 supported legacy devices). Xpmode is up and running, so i get to use nero, anyvideo converter, and all that good stuff, can twait until i have it permanently installed.
Need to warn you about an unintended side effect: Your XP loving buddies are likely to disown you.
....all this *plus* Peace & Quiet as a bonus!!

------------------------------Which Chip? Well, it depends on which set of thieving b@stardz you choose to support: The ones who use insider trading to enrich themselves while running their company into the ground, or the ones who illegally pay vendors to not support the first group.

I know the feeling. I got Vista x64 the second day it was available at retail and loved it, and when I started using 7, I fell in love even more. I've completely moved every PC I own or manage (6 in all) to 7 Ultimate x64. I thought it would be handy, but I've actually found that I don't even need to use XP Mode. Everything I have simply works right after install. I only had to install the usual drivers from the manufacturers (Video, Sound and network, though the network driver wasn't really necessary).
