Go to ebay and check out a 2600xt or a 8600gt. Both are in the same price performance range only the 8600gt is slightly better. These can be found from the $40-50 dollar range depending on make and memory.

XFX is a topnotch card maker. Can't go wrong with them

That is the lowest priced buy now, you can also look at bidding for one. I saw a couple of 8600gts' those are the best of the 3. also if your looking for a newer card there is the HD3650 but it slightly under performs compared to the 26xx and 86xx series. Go to toms best bang for the buck july 2008 and go the the last page and see all the cards.
