I have recently purchased a P4PE and a Leadtek WinFast A250 Ultra TD. When
I'm using the Leadtek, I get vertical lines, distortion and so on the
gfx-side. I can only use VGA or XP's SVGA-drivers. If i try Leadtek's own or
the Detonators, I get a bluescreen and a free reboot. I have tried to
disable all kinds of onboard stuff but it doesnt help. I am running newest
bios on both cards. My Palit GeForce 3 Ti500 works perfectly inhere.
Anyone got a solution?

You can try to increase "AGP driving strength" in BIOS 1 notch.

Try and re-seating the video card again and make sure you did not get and thermal comppound smeared on the video card. Artic silver is conductive and will produce the problem you are experiancing.
