Broken/unused laptops needed

Looking for some broken laptops, any will do (within reason) I really need a laptop for school as my last one has died after being half dead ever since I got it. So basically anything with a screen and or is halfway fixable. Something from the Gateway MX series will be most compatable with my hardware but anything would be vary appreciated. I have a little cash so I can pay for shipping.

I have a Toshiba Satellite X205-9800 with a liquid damaged MOBO that is non-working i'd like to sell. Only had for less than a year (February)

Choice of three but they are probably too old for your use. The working one is a Dell Latitude C840 running XP; 512RAM, 40G HD There are two questionable ones (donations with no info) Toshiba Tecra 8100 and Micron Transport GX. The latter two have no ac power supply nor a working battery so I can't check them out. The micro was listed as having a 40G hard drive. The working Latitude is available for 165.00 plus shipping and the other two I'll take bids on.
