open in new window?

when surfing the web if i want to open a link in a new window i right click
and choose "open in new window" but it dosent open? it may seem silly but its
really bugging me now :) thnx in advance

2. Click Start/Run ad type REGSVR32 OLEAUT32

Hi i typed in what u said, it said something like dll** was accepted
but......i still cant open anything in new window :-( any other ideas plze??

Yahoo Companion Toolbar is also the other cause. Also visit
http://www.generation.net/~hleboeuf/ienewind.htm for further
troubleshooting.

The Microsoft KB article http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=831429 discusses
about registering the core Internet Explorer DLLs with the "/i" parameter.
That might work in this situation as well.
