I have all the parts to build my sister a PC except the CPU. Seems like the prices I've seen are a bit inflated IMHO. Hope someone can help me out here or point me in a good direction. Thanks

Check out ebay, if it is a 939 the highest you can go is with amd x2 4800. It all depends on your pc needs.
