Vista Ultimate 32/64 retail box *upgrade version* $115

I bought a dell optiplex 745 on ebay and it came w\ this.... i thought it was the full version at first but it is the upgrade w\ 32 bit and 64 bit disks.

The case was in good condition until i 'opened' it.. LOL disks are perfect though. it has the COA and the product key sticker.

Looking to sell for $115 shipped.

so... $120-$5 to ship, $3 to list, 3.60 to ebay, 3.60 to paypal = $104.80 in my pocket ... or rather to offset the price of my office computer.
