Everytime I start NWN2 and go to the character creation screen the screen goes black and comes back until it blue screens my comp. Windows Vista says it is because of atikmdag or some file in the drivers. I have the latest ATI drivers. my system specs are in my signature. Thanks for any help it is greatly appreciated. BTW windows vista ultimate 64 bit.

The problem could be with Vista which may not like NWN2.

But my best advise is to post on the NWN 2 forums have you tried that the link is

NWN2 and Mask of the Betrayer run fine on Vista. Both 32 and 64 bit.

The problem is Atari/Obsidian have a horribly outdated game engine and lousy Quality Assurance.

To the OP: If you have put anything in the Override folder to customize the game - Take it out. You can rename the folder and make a new Override. That way you don't lose your mods.
