VIA KT333 chipset

Hi all.

I'm just curious if anyone out there can help me clarify something. I have an Asus mobo "A7V333(no raid)". Now the question is it is suppose to come with VIA KT333 chipset, since there's a heatsink attached to the chipset i'm not game to remove it. Is there any way i can check what the chipset is? without having to remove the heatsink?

If it's the A7V333, then it's the KT 333 chipset :]

You should remove the sink anyway and put some paste under it if you ever plan on tweaking the system.

I downloaded Sandra and run it.. and got this result.. i'm not sure about the KT266/A though.. well at least it says KT33..
