Anyone heard any different? Whats everyone think of of the beta now that its ending that played it? It ran fine for me max settings 1920 x1200, 25 fps. Its not long now till Nov 16th,I will take a day off work just to go get it and play it all day...sad huh.
Thoughts...

same as you and at 3.2. sli 590 mb and 2 gb of DDR2 gskill with a GTS 640MB. Ran fine for me. I think My lowest frame rate hit 18 with fraps but averaged 24 25. Not the greatest but it was very playable on all high settings...

NDA is a agreement that forbides you to tell anything about the beta outside their official forums. If something naughty is released to the public your beta key will be closed.
Anyways i doubt you can play a decent crysis game with 25 fraps.
I prefer to have decent gfx and a great fps rate, like between 35 and 45.
Physics will always kill the graphics off a game..definitely if you intend to play crysis properly you'll want near the 50 mark at least.
I'd definitely recommend turning the physics to low or off to gain about a 10-15 increase in fps..especially in multiplayer where fps is important.
It'll be nice to see the cpu take over the physics completely rather than having the card do it.
We don't really know, in UT3 you can set the advanced physics with a multi core CPU and not on a single core (i haven't verified, just seen it on epic's forums), it's basically useless.
Well I agree to a higher frame rate too, but this is the best my system could manage. I wanted to see how well it would run on all high settings and its playable. I could tell there were a few bugs but overall it is fun. I think I will like the single player better, much like Far Cry. I will be upgrading come Christmas to the next round of Nvidia GPUs 8900 GTX or whatever it will be called. But really so far my GTS 640mb has done just fine with all games and demos to this point max settings 1920 x 1200. Yeh If I had a C2D 6600 or higher OCed I could do better but Im not a Intel fanboy never will be. Im not worried about the NDA, Ive posted videos and pics of my gameplay for weeks after the beta came out and Im still playing it. Im ready for the SP demo now on Friday..

Fileplanet should have it, better yet if your a subscriber you can get it faster. 2 days to go then waiting on COD4 and then the game of the year on the 16th!

Something tells me only $ paying subscribers of fileplanet will be sniffing the demo.
I just going to bide my time. There's no way my 320 will run it anywhere close to high.
I'll buy it now if the game and gameplay itself is worth it. Otherwise I'll just wait until after my next upgrade in a year or so. Pretty graphics without core gameplay is no hurry for me.
I run it at 1280x1024, with the beta 169.01 driver, 8800GTS 640 (648-1620-2106), E6750:
All HIGH, AAx08: 31.44 avg All HIGH, AAx00: 43.66 avg All HIGH but (no motion blur), AAx00: ~ 48 avg All HIGH but (no motion blur + Medium Physics), AAx00: ~ 48 avg

can you try it at 1920 x 1200 and see what you get? 18 to 25 for me all high settings,I dont like to turn down any settings.
Ran it at 1920x1200 with all high settings and AA/AF off.
Getting around the 20-25fps on average.
Ran it at 1680x1050 with same settings and getting between 35-45fps.
I pity anyone without an 8800GTX/S or the new 8800GT as it's going to kill most video cards.
Above was ran under XP.
Tonight I'll run it under Vista 64bit. It's supposed to be optimised for this so it'll be interesting to see the results.
I run the demo again but this time I OCed my E6750 to 3.8 GHz:
1280*1024, 8800 GTS 640 (648-1620-2106)
All HIGH (no motion blur, Medium Physics), AAx00: ~ 43 avg
Worse than when running the E6750 at the standard 2.66 GHz !!!
Fair enough, since this was a session with FRAPS there could be variation that can account for the different avg. But I would at least expect a slightly higher avg, not less!
Does this mean Crysis is GPU bound in DX9?
