I just got a new motherboard, PC Chip M825 266mhz DDR with an Athlon 1.6 Ghz Processor. I installed MB and when I power it up, I hear a soft whining sound for 4 or 5 seconds then I hear nothing else. No I checked all power connections, jumpers and conponents but I still get no power. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Sounds like an assembly issue, read the FAQ.
