MOBO/Processor Recommendations

Looking for recommendations with the following requirements:

-$350.00 to spend on mobo and processor combined
-Intel P4
-synchronous operation
-fast bus operations
-are nForce 2 boards available?
-are serial ATA boards available
-ATA 133
-USB 2.0
-what are other good chipsets?

Well, you have some choices in BOARDS, since a lot of boards use extra controllers for the features you seek.

The only i850E board I know of to use the ICH4 southbridge with built in USB 2.0 is the Gigabyte GA-8IHXP. Others use an extra chip.
