This recently showed up under my Start/Programs
How did get there and can I just uninstall it?

Hi,

This is required for functioning of certain sites in Internet explorer. This
must have been installed during the viewing of certain media sites that uses
streaming media.

Do not uninstall this as this does no harm to ur computer.
