$300 ok for this?

Hello guys, I've been playing with the idea of selling my current setup for some time now and I have finally decided to stick it through. I just Bought a e5200 and a 9800gt and want to sell

MSI K9A2 CF
2x1gb Geil Esoteria DDR2 1066
ECS 9600GT
Thermalright XP-90 + Silenx 92mm fan
AMDx2 5000+BE
and a generic 600 watt psu

I am going to put it up in the local clasified area and would like to know if $300 is a fair price for these items.

I'd think 250-300 looks okay.
250 would sell quicker,especially if these are used.
QQ: What's the PSU?

Its generic, with 4 led lights(green, orange, red n blue) doesn't have a six pin pcix connector and only has one sata connector...cost me like $25 bucks
