I do not have a video card for it, but will buy and install at buyers expense.

I can also add or customize this to whatever the buyer would want.

I am a service manager for an industrial computer company, so I have built thousands of computers.

I will do a full burn-in and test of the unit before shipping, and also help with warranties if something goes wrong.

What would be an appropriate price for a brand new system?
$750? obo sound good?

That should work fine in that computer, and then stick in an ATi Radeon 4670 graphics card.
Yes,the price is somewhat high for your original.

500 sounds about right to me.
I wouldn't buy a vid card to sell with it, unless requested to do so by the purchaser. most computer buyers looking for a basic system would only go online with it.

More like $300 when you consider the obsolete components, no monitor and no video card.

With a half decent video card and at least a 19" LCD, $500 would be reasonable.
