fraps issue

Hello guys , i have problem with fraps... mmm i can fraps wow/cs but
for some stupid reason i cant fraps l2 when i press "F9" nothing happends
idk whats wrong.. =(
i tryed to format computer , but still same problem its so annoying... can some1 help me ?
