Why Symproxysvc.exe is using 99% of CPU?

I cannot understand why symproxysvc.exe and nmain.exe is using all my computing resource?

It sounds like you are running Norton Anti-Virus. Could be that there was a virus scan in progress.

symproxsvc = Symantec proxy service
nmain = Norton main

Yes you can disable Norton anti-virus and not have to worry about your hard drive exploding, as long as you have taken other precautions.
