download HTML file

my local county lists all recent sales monthly in an html file....i have
never had trouble downloading them. this last week i tried to download the
updated list and all i got was a blank screen with "done" by the IE symbol in
the bottom of screen. l have never had trouble downloading this before. i
contacted the county webguy and he said he was able to download as usual from
work and his home computer both....should i do a restore back a month or so
when it worked?

try reloading the page by clicking on the refresh button. if not try,
pressing on the ctrl key and clicking on refresh button.
