Setting up OS/Software on my new Gaming PC

Hey all,

Just finished building my new monster desktop (not really lol), and I've turned it on and all is functioning properly in the BIOS. I am just wondering.. Now that I have all the hardware set and everything works, do I go right into installing Windows 7? Then do I install all of my driver CD's, etc. I am not sure if there is anything I need to do before installing the OS.

If everything is set in the BIOS the way you want it, installing an operating system is the next step.
