I want a little assistance in choising a motherboard from the follow list. Just post any postive or negative things about them. I'm getting a p4 2.4ghz 533 FSB with 512 DDR 333 ram. Thanks Guys.

Sadly most users won't be able to take advantage of the MSI board's Gigabit LAN for a while. Good day!

i've had the gigabyte board for a few weeks now and i like it. the os (windows 2000) setup very easy. i didn't use the onboard sound, i'm using an audigy 2. i don't use the raid so i can't comment on it. i'm using the same processor and ram as you are and i'm using an albatron gf4 4200 as the video card.
also check out www.anandtech.com they have reviews on both of those boards as well as others based upon the 845pe chipset.
