I can't find the original post, so i'm doing it again. Please forgive me if i
missed it.
1. All "Help and Support' files working. System restore didn't help, nor did
trying to access pchealth in dos.
2. I am told not to use the internet as administrator, but when i log in as
user, all of the installed programs don't work. how do i install a program
that is usable to all users? thanks in advance.
