ok, i've been updating my mobo with the bios flashed from the Asus site.
went from 1006 up to and including v1013..
i noticed there was a v1014 about a week ago, so i went in to get it tonight from the asus site.
v1014 is no longer listed, instead they showed a v1015....

but when i tried to execute the flash, it got as far as confirming the check sum for the flash, then asked me if i was sure?

but when i replied with the "Y", it proceeded to hang up without updating anything??

anybody else have a problem with this flash version??

Weird, I just succesfully flash to 1015 without any problems. I did it because i'm running a Duron Morgan AHHAA @ 166MHz x 6. According to Asus, version 1015 support the faster 166MHz FSB CPUs, even if I'm running my CPU that way since BIOS 1009. I noticed that each time I went for a more recent BIOS, the system was more and more stable.

Best way to do it IMHO is to use the AFLASH utility you can access with ALT-F2 right after POST. You just need to have the unziped .AWD BIOS file on a floppy drive and that's it.
