I have seen that under tweakui that the documents and settings can be
moved to another partition. Can anyone tell me whether the users
listed can be limited to just one folder say "all users" eliminating
"default user" and "current persons name" (not sure what to call the
last one).

These all seem to be overkill for a home computer used only by one
person if you know it will not be used by guests or others.

This is not true: "Cannot Move or Rename the Documents and Settings
Folder" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=236621).

No, this is hardcoded-in and cannot be changed. Windows XP is designed
as a multiple user system. In fact you shoudl and will have at least
two users: "Administrator" and your personal profile. And you should
have at least three: "Administrator", an additional admin account and
your private account, which should not have admin rights for security
purposes.
