Hi,

The Mobo recognizes my Maxtor D540 4k020h1 ATA100 Hard Disk as though it is working in ATA33 (UDMA 2) ....

IDE Config: (all with jumper settings compatible )

IDE 0 : Primary HD - Master
IDE-1 : Secondary Master - DVD (Multi Word DMA 2)
IDE-1 : Secondary Slave - CD-RW (Multi Word DMA 1)

The cable is the one i got with the mobo.

The BIOS does not allow me to configure the UDMA mode (as i do in my VRXP mobo) - p.s. I use BIOS rev 3.0B.

pls help.

cheers.
