Anyone having trouble with Blacksite 51?

This is just an average game but it's kind of fun to play. Everytime I try to load it I get a message about buddy.exe which I know is spyware of some sort. It crashes the game. I have cleaned my hard drive of all spyware and it still happens. HELP!
