Need some serious advice plz!

Im looking to uprade my system....the components i need are CPU, mobo, Ram (possibly graphics card).

I am currently running a 1333 athlon on an abit board.

I am seriously thinking of going Intel this time purely because of all the hassles with blue screens etc, 4 in 1 drivers and all that malarky.

I am looking in the realm of P4 (or equivalent athlon) and i need RAID (purely for the number of IDE devices i have).

Can you guys please recommend some boards/CPU combos....its ages since ive looked at hardware and things have changed so much. In the past, Ive always valued ASUS as their support seems good and products seem quality.

Please please please help me out here guys.
