Looking to buy an ATX motherboard, Socket 775, must have Intel NB/SB (P35, P45, etc.), no Nvidia chipsets. Also need an Intel dual core or quad core CPU. CPU cooler can be stock or aftermarket.

I have a XFX 780i SLi mobo in perfect condition and a E8500 C2D with a zalman 9500 and 4 gb ram id let go reasonable cheap, like 350ish or OBO

Just to clarify since every offer so far includes multiple components...I am interested in a mobo / cpu combo only. I do not need a case, memory, water cooling, etc...stock cooler is fine...even no cooler is fine...Please, no AMD items and no Nvidia chipset boards.

Try ebay dude. sounds like your kinda picky and ungrateful, cuz holy crap there have been some amazing offers!!!!!!!!!! If i had an ATX case i would have been all over some of these offers. Wow the nerve of some pplz.

Thanks for all the offers. I found a good deal on a motherboard so all I need now is a good Intel CPU to go with it. With or without a cooler, it doesn't matter. Let me know what you got. :)
