Ok look This dang game wont work  
ok look ill take you step by step what ive done.
ok well i got a RADEON 9200 SERIES Graphic card.
OK Well I install it ok it works there  
"play"
Then the screen lodes up
Then when i hit "New" as in makeing a new character.
Well the Whole screen is white now.
But i can still see the "Table" where you can
make it and when u can name it and stuff.
Then when i just pick randome stuff i can play it but the screen is all white and stuff.
How do i change it? to be normal

Oblivion is a very graphics demanding gaming. In fact, your video is not even supported because it is very old. Oblivion requires a video card that is capable of handling DirectX 9c.
 
The Radeon 9200 and lower series are Directx 8.1 video cards. You will need to buy a newer video card.  
 
The game is also CPU intensive, so depending on what you have, you may need to up grade.
