Ok hi all and thanks in advance

This is my problem: i have a mic and i want to use VIOP but i can't, the mic is working because i can record things but it doesn't work Bf2 ( i activate VIOP at the audio menu but then it locks up)
it works for maybe 1 min but then it stop working so i don't know whats going up

I have an intel 925 p4 and 7950gt

any ideas? does VIOP works with onboard sound card? do i need any software?

get teamspeak going with a friend and see if you still have trouble. this will at least tell you where your problem is coming from.

Also, make sure you don't have any firewall programs that are blocking your voip connection, and make sure the necessary ports are open.
