Can I use a 166MHZ bus CPU with my MOBO?

Can I use a 166MHZ bus AMD althon XP CPU with my MOBO which is a Gegabyte 7VRX? It uses a VIA DDR333 chipset. I have PC2700 memory. What do you guys think?

When do think Gigabyte & MSI(for Via KT333 chipsets) will come out with a new bios for the new 166mhz Athlon XP's? Or do you think they will be needed?

I think it's just a matter of overclocking the board you have! Doesn't the KT333 offer a 1/5 PCI divider? If not, most cards would still work with the 1/4 PCI divider.
