Epox 8K7A + XFX GF4, AGP problem?

I have an Epox 8K7A+ mobo I've just bought an XFX Geforce 4 MX and after I intalled the drivers widows could nof finish booting again. I tryed reintalling windows...again it boot ok the first time when it recognized the video card and intalled the drivers, after that it never booted fine again.
It works fine with another video card, but not witrh the XFX Geforce 4..ofcourse I've tryed 3 different XFX GF4 video cards, always with the same result.
What could it be? he mobo seems to be ok, cos it works with other video cards...AGP voltage? I could find where to change it in the 8K7A.
any ideas?
