If you want to add the ftp network you will do this
add network place and in the options add this url (ftp://ftp.westwood.com/)

Aye it's been up for a while, remember though that this is not freeware, by which I mean that EA still retain all the rights so you can't trade it between mates etc. I think it was released to celebrate the 10th Anniversary edition of the games.
